Society of Professional Journalists ? STL will host a happy hour Sept. 26, with the new editor of the Post-Dispatch attending as a special guest.

Society of Professional Journalists? media trivia night, Saturday, Oct. 13, at the Maryland Heights Community Center, 2344 McKelvey Road. Doors open at 6 p.m.; competition begins at 7 p.m. The annual event features not just questions and answers, but also a silent auction, a book sale, a celebrity ?baby bump? contest, and more.
